If I am not mistaken, this is the new Dual Suspension Honda Garbage Cart. Read about it in Garbage Monthly, but this is the first one I have seen on the road. Owner was wise to tether to pole. You DO NOT want your garbage cart stolen from a jealous owner of a lesser garbage cart.
